Arts Uplift have an exciting opportunity for Advisory Group Members to join our fun community interest company at an exciting time with much development planned. We support people of all ages to improve their lives and learn new skills through a range of creative and cultural activities that take place in spaces across Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire as well as online.
You may work in the private sector and are looking for experience in the VCSE sector or to get involved in project management, arts development or arts and health work.
There are skills and knowledge to learn as well as share.

Advisory Group Members Roles
Salary: Voluntary
Location: South Warwickshire / Remote
We are looking for recent knowledge and expertise in:-
- Health and Wellbeing – focus on Older People’s health/dementia
- Marketing – Social Media and Website
- Marketing – Brand Awareness & Audience Development
- Fundraising – Grants/ Events/Sponsorship
- Financial Management
- People – Equality/Diversity/Inclusivity
- CIC growth/development
Role and responsibilities of an Advisory Group Member:
We meet as a group four times a year plus an away day and spend time supporting development of organisational activities (Minimum 6 Days per
year). Some of the plans for development over the next 2 years include:
- Sustaining our Adult Mental Health programme
- Developing our donations, individual giving, corporate sponsorship and other income streams
- Fundraising to enable us to have regular marketing, fundraising, administration and project management support
- Producing artistic products like theatre and dance performances
- Exploring the idea of having an office and workshop space of our own in the Warwick district
